Qualifications: Services are free to all families with children birth through 22 years of age. To qualify for financial assistance for childcare, the child needs to be a U.S. citizen; parents/caretakers must work 20 hours or more per week, or be engaged in a work/training activity; need childcare in order to work; fall within the income guidelines based on household size.
