Mifflin Juniata Human Services Coordinated Entry
Description:
Contact: 717-447-5121 or call 211 Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Mifflin, Juniata and surrounding counties. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.
