Mifflin Juniata Human Services Coordinated Entry

Description:

Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Mifflin, Juniata and surrounding counties. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.

Center for Community Action

Description:

Rapid rehousing for those who qualify.

Section 811 PRA

Description:

HUD program administered through PHFA. Project based rental assistance for non elderly (18 – 61) persons who have permanent disabilities. Most units are located in LIHTC properties. Units located throughout PA.

Third Street Home

Description:

Neighbor’s home; Single women and women with small children. Agreement with working with case management and support system to institute positive life changes.
