Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund

Description:

The Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund helps ease the financial burden of individuals and families in our community who are battling cancer by providing funding for basic necessities, so their focus is on treatment and recovery.

Qualifications: Oncology team confirms cancer diagnosis. Must live in our six-county service area (Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Juniata and Mifflin). Must show either an increase in expenses or a decrease in income due to their cancer diagnosis.

Saint Vincent de Paul Society

Description:

Mifflin Juniata Human Services Coordinated Entry

Description:

Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Mifflin, Juniata and surrounding counties. Clients will complete an assessment with an intake caseworker and will then be referred to the appropriate program.
