The CILCP’s mission is to eliminate and prevent barriers that people with disabilities experience by providing ongoing advocacy and offering innovative programs and services. CILCP offers independent living skills trainings, peer counseling, advocacy, nursing home transition, youth transitioning, home care services (including people with intellectual disabilities), direct care worker training and information and referral.
